Medical Receptionist - We are seeking an organized and friendly individual with excellent customer service skills. Multi-line phone, keyboarding and basic computer skills are a must. Medical office and terminology experience preferred. Job duties will include but are not limited to:

• Answering and transferring phone calls (multi-line phone system)

• Scheduling patient appointments

• Checking patients in and out

• Explaining clinic policy and procedures to patients

• Scheduling patient procedures and appointments with other facilities

• Pulling and filing patient charts

• Opening and closing the office

• Processing incoming and outgoing mail

• Scheduling lunches and meetings for staff

• Maintaining the reception area

• Medical record management

Clinical Nurse – We are seeking an organized, reliable, friendly and flexible individual with patient care experience. Ability to work with a variety of age groups (both patient and co-workers), multi-task, excellent phone etiquette, electronic appointment scheduling and basic computer skills are a must. A minimum certification from a recognized school program, CNA or CMA, is required. LPN certification preferred. Job duties will include but are not limited to:

• Taking vital signs

• Receiving and processing patient phone messages

• Calling in prescriptions

• Downloading CPAPs

• Setting up nocturnal oximetry and actigraphy devices

• Performing exercise oximetry and 6 minute walk test

• Maintaining patient medication lists

• Patient education on use of inhalers, nebulizers, use and management of oxygen therapy

• Working with electronic appointment scheduling system
